reading hurts

ever had that feeling that there are things you should not read
cos it'll only make you feel frustrated and angry..
for example, had a fren who read his ex's blog when they won't together..
the fact was he hurt after he read it..
poor guy..
think i'll steer away too..
i'm guessing i'll feel the same way..
